What does a clean cost in Phoenix?
A standard clean of a three-bed, two-bath Phoenix home runs $150 to $250 a visit. That is $45 to $50 an hour per cleaner. A deep clean of the same home is $290 to $350. A move-out clean on an empty house runs $150 to $500.
Square footage, the number of bathrooms and how long since the last clean move the number. You hear the price on the phone before we book, and that is the number on the invoice.
Why does this cost more than an independent cleaner?
You get two background-checked cleaners on staff, workers' comp cover, and the same pair on every visit. An independent is one person with no backup, so one sick day is a canceled clean.
Do you take any payment before you clean?
No deposit. You pay after the visit, once you have walked the rooms, and we take card or check at the door.
What could change the price on the day?
Only work you add while we are there, like the oven inside or the windows. The quoted clean is a fixed price. We call before we start anything extra, so nothing lands on the invoice unasked.
Do you discount recurring?
Yes. Every two weeks costs less per visit than a one-time clean, because the dust has had less time to settle. Every four weeks sits in between. You pay per visit either way.
Do I have to sign up for a contract?
No membership, no contract, no card kept on file for a monthly charge. One clean is one price, paid after the visit. Every two weeks and every four weeks are options, not conditions, and one phone call stops either one.
Booking and arrival
How long does the cleaning take?
One and a half to three hours for a standard clean of a three-bed, two-bath home. A deep clean is three to six hours. A move-out clean on an empty house runs four to eight hours, in one day.
How soon can you come out?
One to two weeks for your first clean. We run one crew of two, which is why the same pair holds your house every visit.
What is the arrival window, and do you call?
A two-hour window, not an all-day one. We text the day before to confirm, and again when we leave for your house. If we run late, you get a call with a new time before the window ends.
Can I move a booked visit to another day?
Call us the day before and we move it, no fee. We hold your slot in the next open week with the same two cleaners.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Stay or go, both work. We do not hold house keys, so leave a door code or let us in. We text when we start and send a photo of every finished room.
Supplies and products
Standard clean or deep clean, which one?
Deep clean first if it has been over six months, then standard every two weeks to hold it. A deep clean is $290 to $350, a standard one $150 to $250.
What is in a deep clean that is not standard?
We pull the stove out, hand-wipe the ceiling fans and wash the walls and baseboards. High dusting, blinds and a steamer over the tile grout are in it too. On a 1,800 to 3,600 square foot home that is two visits.
What is not included?
Taking down 10 to 15 sets of blinds, the oven inside and interior windows are priced separately. We say so on the phone, not after, and the room list is written down before we start.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Everything: vacuum, microfiber mop heads, cloths, caddy. Each house gets a fresh set, washed between houses. We will use your products if you prefer.
Do the products smell strong?
Low fragrance, and no chemical smell left in the house after we lock up. Microfiber mop heads on marble leave no streaking. Tell us on the first visit if anyone at home reacts to scent, and we switch.
Trust and your keys
Will the same cleaners come every time?
The same two hold your house. One backup pair covers vacation weeks, and we tell you their names the day before, never on the day.
What does the 1-year workmanship warranty cover?
Work we did wrong, put right for one year on our own paper. If a room is not right, call within 7 days of the visit. We come back and redo that room at no charge.
Are you registered?
Registered for transaction privilege tax with the state and the City of Phoenix, and cleaning Phoenix homes since 2014.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Both are background checked, on payroll with workers' comp, and bonded against theft. Their names are on your booking.
What do I do with jewelry and medication?
Put them in one room and mark it on the first visit. We do not enter that room, we do not open drawers, and nothing gets dusted around to avoid risk.
Problems and redos
What happens if something gets broken?
You hear it from us the same day, in writing, with a photo, before you find it. We repair or replace the item at our cost, not yours.
What if a room was not done right?
Call within 7 days of the visit and we come back and redo that room at no charge. No argument, no second invoice. Tell us which room and we put it on the next open morning.
Can you clean my elderly mother's house for me?
Yes, and a good share of our visits are exactly that. One set day that does not move, the same two cleaners each time. You can pay and we send you the photos.
